Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Nox Research LLC ("Nox Research," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Nox Research website (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information you choose to provide to us, such as your email address and, optionally, your mobile phone number, including when you submit a form on the Site or opt in to the SMS/text-messaging program described in Section 3. We may also automatically collect limited technical information, such as browser type and general usage data, through standard web technologies.
2. How We Use Information
We may use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, provide and improve the Site, send you communications you have requested (including SMS messages and campaign/discount offers where you have opted in), and maintain the security and integrity of the Site.
3. SMS / Text-Messaging Program
This section applies to our SMS/text-messaging program and supplements the rest of this Policy. Where anything in this section conflicts with another section as it relates to text messaging, this section controls.
Program and sender. If you provide your mobile phone number and affirmatively opt in, you will receive text messages from Nox Research LLC only. Your opt-in, and the mobile number and consent associated with it, apply solely to messages from Nox Research LLC. We do not transfer, license, or assign your opt-in to any other person, brand, or company, including any affiliated business, for use in their own text-messaging programs.
Message types. Depending on the program(s) you join, messages may include informational messages (such as one-time passcodes and verification codes) and, where you separately opt in, promotional or marketing messages, such as discount codes, offers, and campaign updates. We send only the message type(s) you have consented to receive.
Consent. Providing a mobile number and consenting to text messages is optional, is never required to use the Site, and is never a condition of any purchase. Consent is collected through an unchecked, opt-in checkbox (or equivalent affirmative action) that you must actively select.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the specific program(s) you join (for example, a one-time verification code versus an ongoing promotional campaign).
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge you to receive text messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
Opt-out and help. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
No sharing of mobile information. We do not sell, rent, lease, license, or otherwise share your phone number or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any of the information-sharing practices described elsewhere in this Policy, and are used only to send you the messages you agreed to receive from Nox Research LLC. This does not restrict sharing with service providers who help us deliver messages (such as our SMS/texting platform provider), who are bound by confidentiality obligations, or sharing required by law.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site, or where required to comply with applicable law or to protect our rights. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent data are subject to the additional, more restrictive "No sharing of mobile information" rule in Section 3 above, which controls over this section for that information.
5. Cookies and Analytics
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to support basic functionality and to understand general usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although some features of the Site may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices
You may choose not to provide certain information, and you may opt out of communications as described above, including by replying STOP to any text message (see Section 3) or using the unsubscribe link in any email. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights regarding your information under applicable law.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
10. Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, you may contact us through the Site.
