These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nox Research website (the "Site"), operated by Nox Research LLC ("Nox Research," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for general informational and research-related purposes. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

2. Informational Purpose

Content made available through the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is intended for research and laboratory contexts. It does not constitute medical, clinical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Nothing on the Site is an offer of any product for human or veterinary use.

3. Intellectual Property

Any information you choose to submit through the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide and agree not to submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringing.

5. SMS / Text-Messaging Program Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Nox Research LLC ("we," "us," "our") through the Site or any associated opt-in mechanism, you agree to the following, in addition to the general Terms above and our Privacy Policy:

Eligibility. You must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), to opt in.

Program and sender. Messages are sent by Nox Research LLC. Your consent applies only to messages from Nox Research LLC and is not shared with, or usable by, any other company or brand, including any affiliated business, for its own messaging programs.

Message types. Depending on the program(s) you join, you may receive informational messages (such as one-time passcodes and verification codes) and/or promotional or marketing messages (such as discount codes, offers, and campaign updates), as described to you at the point of opt-in.

Message frequency; cost. Message frequency varies by program and by your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Consenting to receive text messages is optional and is never a condition of any purchase.

Opt-out and help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. We may also honor other reasonable opt-out requests submitted through the Site.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for delivery delays, failures, or errors caused by your carrier, device, or network conditions.

Changes. We may add, modify, or discontinue any text-messaging program, message type, or associated feature at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

6. Promotional & Discount Campaign Terms

From time to time, we may offer a promotional discount, code, or similar incentive (an "Offer") to individuals who opt in to our SMS and/or email program(s) (a "Campaign"). Each Campaign is subject to these Terms and to any additional terms presented to you at the time of the specific Offer, which will control in the event of a conflict with this section.

Offer terms. The specific discount amount or percentage, eligible products, any minimum purchase, the redemption window, and any other conditions of a given Offer will be disclosed to you at the time the Offer is made (for example, in the confirmation message or email you receive after opting in).

Eligibility. Offers are generally limited to new subscribers and to one Offer per person, household, and/or mobile number or email address, unless otherwise stated. We may verify eligibility and may limit, restrict, or deny participation to anyone we reasonably believe is abusing, defrauding, or misusing a Campaign.

Redemption. Offers are not valid unless redeemed within the timeframe disclosed at the time of the Offer and, unless otherwise stated, cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are void where prohibited by law.

No purchase necessary to opt in. Opting in to our SMS or email program is free and is never conditioned on making a purchase. Any Offer is a benefit of opting in, not a requirement for opting in.

Modification and termination. We may modify, suspend, or terminate any Campaign or Offer, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including before you have redeemed it, subject to applicable law and any rights you may have already accrued.

Taxes. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes associated with an Offer.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nox Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party sites.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Nox Research operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
